As a Head of Marketing/Growth, you will be part of the leadership team and play a pivotal role in setting and executing the growth strategy for our organization.
Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all marketing channels to drive measurable growth across both our established B2B business and new B2C vertical. You will be responsible for orchestrating the marketing function end-to-end, including managing and hiring talented individuals to drive our marketing initiatives forward.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing function within the company, including hiring and managing a high-performing team
- Set overall growth strategy, goals and budgets aligned with wider business strategy for B2B and B2C product verticals
- Research audiences, channels and experiment continuously to find strategies that maximise brand awareness and user growth while achieving optimal ROI
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on marketing performance metrics, using data to drive future strategies and bet heavy on channels that deliver results
- Work with design, product, sales, customer success teams to ensure a cohesive marketing approach and well planned go-to-market strategies
- Acting as a voice of the customer, leverage market insight and research to shape overall product strategy, branding and positioning, including close involvement on new products and verticals
- Partner with and manage agencies and freelancers where necessary for efficiency
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
- Proven track record driving B2B and/or B2C growth strategies
- Experience with a wide range of marketing/growth channels
- Extremely hands-on, with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary:
3500 - 7500 €/monthly gross.
We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
