As the Strategy Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, providing data-driven insights for decision-making, and managing specific operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Join in the licensing process of the company, help with the analysis, policy writing and project management
- Create data-driven measuring tools for analysis of the company products their efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and product enhancement
- Work closely with senior management and team leads to identify operational inefficiencies and implement processes or process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of both internal and external processes
- Develop and manage partnerships with key partners, suppliers and customers
- Providing ad-hoc/daily tasks based on the day-to-day requirements of the company
- Prepare financial and operational reports of business performance and activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Operations or related fields
- 1+ years of work experience, ideally in consulting, fintech and startups
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations (SQL is a strong plus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
2500 - 4100 €/monthly gross.
We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
